What You Will Do:

The Customer Returns Administrator is the principal contact for all administration of customer and company owned parts coming in for repair or upgrade. The Returns Administrator performs a variety of simple to complex tasks that may include receiving customer owned property for repair or upgrade, processing customer orders and repair orders, following up with shop floor for repair status, entering quote information and relating pricing to the customer. Good judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations, all under limited supervision.

The Customer Returns Administrator is responsible for accurate written agreements between Korry and customer, and acts as liaison between Korry and the customer, ensuring Korry’s best interest.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all incoming documentation for accuracy and export compliance requirements.
  • Reviews customer purchase/repair orders to ensure regulatory requirements are met and customer requests can be fulfilled.
  • Reviews Technician’s Teardown report to determine warranty status and other details need for quoting.
  • Quotes repair/rework prices to customers.
  • Ensures accurate order entry in compliance with standard processes.
  • Retains accurate records per standard processes.
  • Communicates with customers when needed regarding technical issues.
  • Interprets contractual requirements and interfaces other departments to resolve customer order problems.
  • Coordinates resolution of contractual issues.
  • Obtains and submits customer requested information.
  • Coordinates schedules with planning representative.
  • May screen and interview candidates for employment.
  • Coordinates general problem resolutions on orders.
  • Data gathering as needed.
  • Works on special projects as assigned.

Preferred Education

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

  • Requires a minimum of one year demonstrated accomplishments in the field of Customer Service.
  • Previous experience with FAA Part 145 repair administration preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
  • Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
  • The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office.
  • Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment (As Applicable for Production Roles):

  • This job operates in a professional [manufacturing/office] environment.

  • Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Occasionally it is required to work outside normal hours, including weekends in order to meet the customer’s Turnaround Time.

Salary Range
Please note the typical hiring range is $29.01-$39.25.
