What You Will Do:

As a customer service administrator, you interface directly with our customers. This position plays a pivotal role in helping support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. You will be the main point of contact covering inbound and outbound service-related calls and performing administrative functions ensuring excellent levels of customer service, quality, efficiency and accuracy in all you do.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Verify purchase orders and quotes for accuracy and compliance.
  • Data entry of verified quotes and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records for quotes, orders, status and other customer communication.
  • Maintains accurate customer account information and files.
  • Review contractual requirements.
  • Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer problems within established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and contractors to ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
  • Verify accuracy of written agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and Korry, ensuring Korry’s best interest.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinate booking and shipping schedules with Production Schedulers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on customer communication.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with direct and indirect team members and customers.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.
  • Performs special projects/tasks as assigned.

Preferred Education:

  • High school education or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years Customer Service experience. 

Preferred Specialized Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal communicator.
  • Be personable and attentive.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with federal and defense sectors.
  • Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements.
  • Data entry experience preferably in a manufacturing environment (MRP), MS Office competency.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal business communication.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
  • Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
  • The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office
  • Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay Range:
Please note the typical hiring range is $29.01 - $39.25 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
