  • Use data to tell stories, identify trends, and drive action that improves safety and efficiency
  • Guarantee compliance with aerospace customer specifications and regulatory requirements (AS9100, AS9102)
  • Communicate directly with aerospace customers to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships

Manage What Matters Balance multiple high-priority aerospace programs simultaneously while maintaining the exceptional attention to detail our industry demands and delivering results that keep aircraft flying safely.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong track record in root cause analysis
  • Working knowledge of SPC, process capability, and inspection sampling methods critical to aerospace manufacturing
  • Experience with AS9100, and/or AS9102 standards

What Sets You Apart

  • Bias for action – You move quickly from analysis to implementation without sacrificing rigor
  • Critical thinking – You evaluate complex aerospace problems, weigh safety trade-offs, and make sound decisions
  • Independence – You think objectively and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when safety is at stake
  • Communication skills – You're confident engaging with customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies
  • Collaboration – You work seamlessly across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Technical proficiency – Microsoft Suite is second nature to you

Why This Matters

This isn't just another quality role, it's high tech aerospace. You'll have the autonomy to make real decisions, the support to implement meaningful change, and the responsibility of ensuring every product meets the standards our industry demands.
