Run Your Territory Like Your Own Business

Tired of micromanagement and bureaucratic red tape? We're not your typical aerospace company. We hire exceptional talent and give you the autonomy to run your accounts your way. If you're a proven closer who thrives on independence and accountability, keep reading.

What You Will Do

We're looking for a driven Account Manager who can turn technical capabilities into closed deals. You'll manage a portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 aerospace accounts, selling highly engineered components and systems across three dynamic business units: Components, Utility Control Systems, and Displays & DCUs.

This isn't relationship selling—its value selling. You'll need to quantify outcomes, build data-driven business cases, and win on merit and measurable results.

What You'll Own

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Transform transactional customers into strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead to contract signature.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales plans that consistently exceed targets.

Deal Execution

  • Lead capture efforts for new business opportunities with speed and precision.
  • Negotiate complex agreements on pricing, solutions, and terms.
  • Partner with business unit teams to craft technically viable, winning proposals

Market Intelligence & Innovation

  • Challenge inefficiencies and drive process improvements that accelerate deals.
  • Synthesize competitive intelligence into compelling business cases.
  • Translate complex aerospace engineering into clear commercial value.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven track record closing large aerospace deals.
  • Strong aviation industry background, especially in aftermarket sales.
  • Experience managing relationships with major commercial airlines, defense contractors, and government clients.
  • Competitive drive and self-motivation—you measure yourself by wins.

What Sets You Apart

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Key account management experience.
  • Deep understanding of aerospace distribution channels.
  • Comfort navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellence in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Outstanding networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, as required, to engage with customers and partners.

Why This Role Is Different

Autonomy: Run your territory like an entrepreneur, not a cog in a machine

Impact: Your strategic decisions directly influence company growth

Challenge: Work on cutting-edge aerospace technology with real-world applications

Meritocracy: Your results speak louder than politics or tenure

Ready to Win?

If you're a competitive sales professional who wants freedom, accountability, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in aerospace, we want to hear from you.
