What You Will Do:

As our Configuration Manager, you will oversee and execute the configuration management processes at Korry. You’ll define the scope and objectives of the configuration management process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes within the Product Lifecycle Management system.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage configuration of Enterprise Change Orders (ECOs) within the PLM system, in accordance with CM process documentation.
  • Maintain CM process documents in an AS9100 quality environment.
  • Administer technical data transfers between Korry Electronics and its suppliers/customers.
  • Ensure timely transmission of data items and processing of customer responses.
  • Manage communication and data transfer within customer portals.
  • Track, maintain, distribute, and control configuration releases and baselines within the PLM system.
  • Establish and ensure compliance with drawing, specification, and document guidelines.
  • Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) members and associated reviews to assess the impact of proposed changes.
  • Contribute to configuration projects and productivity initiatives.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills—clear and concise.
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) and Aras PLM software is preferred.
  • Aerospace engineering experience is a plus.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Familiarity with configuration, data, and export control procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a configuration manager within the aerospace industry.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus.

Salary Range: The typical hiring range for this role is $117,300- $158,700 annually. Offers within this range are based on qualifications and pay equity.
