What You Will Do: 

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running the day to day manufacturing of Aerospace Products. You will develop strategy, set the course for your team and execute daily, monthly and annual deliverables that meet the annual plan. Within this role, you will drive improvement and develop future people leaders.  
 
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a production line order backlog and ensure OTD 
  • Chase material shortages and resolve issues that may impact OTD 
  • Measure, communicate, and drive group performance 
  • Think and Act like an owner 
  • Lead daily operations and continuous improvement 
  • Drive efficiency and reduce operational cost 
  • Use data driven problem solving to make change 
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and motivation of employees 
  • Promote a team environment and develop direct reports  
  • Improve business results with standards and process documentation 

 Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience 
  • Managing teams with direct and indirect labor (10 – 30 direct reports) 
  • Experience in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry 
  • ERP/MRP experience

Salary Range:

Please note the typical hiring range is $90,000 - $140,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
